A Strong Debut for The Fine Jewellery Sale
Stockholms Auktionsverk’s new live auction, The Fine Jewellery Sale, made a strong debut. The auction’s well-received premiere generated significant interest in exclusive jewellery defined by quality, provenance and history. The sale brought together a carefully curated selection of pieces spanning several centuries, attracting bidders with a passion for both historical jewels and contemporary design classics.
The catalogue included everything from romantic antique jewellery and elegant Belle Époque creations to expressive works from the Art Deco period. Interest was particularly strong in pieces with documented provenance, where history and craftsmanship contributed to an energetic bidding atmosphere both in the saleroom and online.
The Fine Jewellery Sale is Stockholms Auktionsverk’s first dedicated live jewellery auction and featured items from several centuries of European jewellery history. Among the highlights were both historical jewels and sought-after pieces from some of the world’s most renowned jewellery houses.
