Drawing, Sketch & Watercolour – A Selection

A snow-covered spruce stands at Stockholms Auktionsverk Magasin 5. It’s by Hilding Linnquist, and if you just trudge a little way past it, you’ll arrive at the theme Drawing, Sketch and Watercolour – A Selection.

The firm’s experts have handpicked just over 30 works and now present them in a well-cohesive theme. Here you’ll find works by Bror Hjorth, Peter Frie, Albin Amelin, Kjell Lupen, and several other distinguished artists. Silvia Leitu-Tannberg’s still life in watercolor is a little gem. Vicke Lindstrand’s portrait of Gösta Ekman the Elder is spot on. And then there’s Hilding Linnquist’s spruce. With it, a white Christmas is all but guaranteed this year again.

Welcome!
