Our most recent auction was the most successful book sale in the history of Stockholms Auktionsverk. The auction was characterised by strong international bidding and several notable record results. Among the highlights was a letter written by Carl Linnaeus in 1737, which sold for SEK 1,875,000 – the highest price ever achieved for a Swedish letter at auction in Sweden.
