One of the rare wartime annual volumes, printed in a much lesser edition than the prewar issues.
Das Plakat was first published in 1910 and the magazine ended in 1922. It was founded by the dentist Hans Josef Sachs. He also owned a large collection of posters which where later confiscated by the Nazi government, some survived and can today be seen at the Berlin Museum of the German history.
Among the artists are: Lucian Bernhard, Ludwig Hohlwein, Julius Gipkens, Julius Klinger, Albert Engström, Thomas Theodor Heine, Wilhelm Kåge, Alexandre Steinlen.
With 6 issues in each year, some double issues.
