Later (20th century) half cloth. Halftitle browned, with light browning and foxing throughout. Library stamps on first endpaper, p. 34 and p. 534, duplicate label on inside of upper cover.
First edition, together with the often lacking aditional supplement. A pioneering study of diphtheria and other inflammations of the mucous tissue.
